What's involved?

A heat pump service is priced at $149, which includes both the indoor and outdoor unit. Additional units in the same property are priced at $99 each. 

• Clean and sanitise filters

• Remove and clean indoor covers

• Clean and sanitise coils

• Check, flush and sanitise drain

• Test condensate pump as applicable 

• Clean outdoor unit 

• Test gas charge

• Inspect lagging 

• Test full operation of system and notify of any issues (e.g. noisy fan, vibration, rust)

• Customer debrief; we’ll also tell you if there are any issues that could go against manufacturers specifications (e.g. levelling issues, incorrect installations, failed conduit etc)
